Conflict Minerals Policy

AWC, Inc. is committed to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to its business. While, AWC, Inc. is not subject to the Conflict Minerals provision of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, it realizes that many of its customers are subject to such provisions. It is our goal to assist our customers with these provisions, however, as a distributor and manufacturer’s representative, AWC, Inc. does not source any of its products directly, and is far removed from the sourcing and procurement of those materials incorporated into the products its offers.

AWC, Inc. is currently working with its manufacturers to determine the origin of the source materials incorporated into the manufacturer’s products. However, this process is time consuming and requires the cooperation of multiple parties. We share your concerns regarding Conflict Minerals and will use our best efforts to obtain sourcing information from the manufacturers of our product lines. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our manufacturers in carrying out this process.
