Honeywell: How to edit SmartLine Transmitter configurations via Field Device Manager

This video, presented by Tom Brans and David Galvan of Honeywell Process Solutions, demonstrates how to upload an existing configuration, edit, and download the new configuration to a SmartLine transmitter via Field Device Manager (FDM).  Due to the smart technology of the SmartLine product platform (including a built-in microprocessor, diagnostic capabilities, two-way communication, and multivariable capabilities) and ease of integration of SmartLine products into a Experion PKS control system and application of the Field Device Manager (FDM) tool, the many capabilities of FDM allow operators and technicians to perform job tasks safely and securely, while minimizing time spent and potential exposure to hazardous conditions in the field.
